Pros

You get paid on time They are very consistent with contracts and if you work correctly for a small amount of money they won't let you go No worries about getting unemployed since they can easily maneuver you around if needed The perks such as insurance, activities, and housing (only if you are foreign) A decent platform for you to learn skills as you get along

Cons

Changed CEO, approach, and business model ancient hence the biggest con is the stagnant salary base and lack of recognition for the tremendous work one does. They expect us to work a lot and will provide you with even more work if you fulfill it still salaries won't increase for a lot of years There's an element of luck in which operation or department you work in to define if you will have decent management or if your life will be miserable something that shouldn't happen in this century. Expect to know the right people for you to be able to move up the career ladder otherwise will be stuck forever in oblivion.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
