Pros

I was 19 years old when I started my job at TP and it was the right thing to do. I met so much amazing people and I found a job where I can do what I love. I also found new things I wanna try in the future. TP offers Psychological help around the clock and for someone with former depression, autism and adhd it's like heaven. I don't get discriminated or discouraged because of it. I get accepted and all the help I need when i am in situations I cannot handle on my own. I moved to a another country and TP offered a room in an apartment with furniture. I am working in home office and that is amazing cause I know that I would have given up when I would need to go to the office to do my work. I am standing on my own two feet and thank to TP I am proud to be where I am.

Cons

You need to pay for your own ventilator.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
