Pros

Some good colleagues and agents on the floor.

Cons

Favouritism. Job insecurity. Bad IT/System. Liars. Dirty desks. Top managers do not care about their subordinates unless they are friends ( favouritism again). Team Managers appointed without any managerial/skills background. Lack of ciommunication and no leadership from the top. Experienced/skilled team managers treated like trash on the professional and personal level. Unskilled Team Managers tasked with managing the floor as they are friends with the so called ACMs. Agents who from one day to another are appointed team managers but they are friends with ACMs.

We have a fantastic team of supervisors that have our back when needed. We have a great team of agents.

Cons

Some days calls can be back to back with no time to breathe

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
