Pros

Nice infrastructure. Good and hygienic cafeteria Security policies.

Cons

They don't have any synchronisation between their own team's. Like he used to say something different, payroll used to say something different and Employee care something different. So you will find it really difficult whom to trust and no one used to take the ownership and can deny anytime from their own words. No cabs facilities No matter where you're coming from they will not be able to offer you can at anytime. It's strictly for females. No matter how much your fuel expenses and time consuming for you to reach the office. No parking for your cars. And they will not bother to listen you to offer office cabs Promotion and growth Less opportunities for promotion and personal growth. Extra days of working along with extra time Usually they will going to make you work for 9.5 hours and on chat process till your last chat closes no matter how much time it will take you will need to close it after your shift and can make you online to meet your online percentage. And 5.5 days for international process. Like usually for international process on every company it's only 5 days

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
