Pros

-Ability to learn fundamentals of customer service -gain skills that can be applied anywhere -work closely with the team to achieve goals and improve skills -improve problem solving skills -work in intense environment that relies on the agent to be able to support the team

Cons

-no holidays considered for days off -pay increase frozen since covid 19 and any additional employee will only be considered at $17 with no pay increase -benefits for health and dental only cover the bare minimum and requires the employee to pay out of pocket for many health, dental and eyecare needs -vacation hours always only allowed for a maximum of 10 days per year

Thank you for your review, your feedback is so important to us. I would encourage you to reach out to Human Resources to discuss your concerns and give us your ideas for improvement. However, I would like to take the opportunity to respond to some of your concerns here. Everyone is entitled to two weeks vacation, but you are asked to provide notice. Once you have worked in an organization, by law, in Ontario, your vacation increases to three weeks at five years. The benefits plan is standard across most organizations, the employer pays 80% and the employee pays 20%. Pay increases have not been frozen since COVID-19, I would suggest again that you contact Human Resources to discuss your pay. Thank your for leaving your review and please do contact us.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
