Pros

The hiring process is fast and they tell you if you need something to fulfill immediately, and they always give you status by whatsapp of the same, it is also a pro when it comes to the delivery of the equipment, you are given a appointment with uber included to pick it up and take it home. They are the only things that I saw good on this occasion.

Cons

In the offer and in the interviews they tell you that you will earn 11 thousand a month (before taxes, obviously) but already being in the operation, you have to be checking daily if the system counted you the hours worked, because if you don't, Your team leader or anyone else is going to tell you that you have hours left because the system simply marked that you did not work them, and forget that if you had power or internet failures, however they are hours that you will have to replace and even if you replace them, the absurd system will not You will consider them and you will still have hours missing, and therefore, you will be paid almost nothing at the end of the week or month.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
