Pros

Work at home position is great to be at home working.

Cons

Currently working for them and my computer is down. Numerous emails from Retention about missing work yet managers are aware. After being hired they rush you through training and speed talk you through the policy and attendance info. They are most certainly working for themself and only themself. I have yet to get a HR number to be able to discuss any issues I've had with the manager etc. Number provided during training doesn't work. You can tell that the company doesn't keep in contact with those hiring and managing the employees. No Paid leave days due to Covid-19 No paid leaves days to anything dealing with medical. They hold you accountable for reasons that are yours and not.

Calls are back to back and you have to meet all metrics.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
