Good canteen, some decent co workers.
Cons
No care for callers, all about stats. Poor training 80% of job learned as you go. Terrible attitude of managers and quality team with little help to those answering the calls. Bad wages, even worse work schedules. Two bit IT system that crashes and a quality team that nit picks every single call. Promotion through cronyism, petty immature management, no help. Totally unprofessional with a work system that has more pitfalls than an African swamp. You'd be better off working in the laundry in an Ebola hospital.
