Pros

clean organized, stylish, fun atmosphere

Cons

Horrific training, dismal floor support. The training was paid & this was the best part. Over-all, although my trainers had a lot of knowlwedge and experience they did not know how to transmit knowlege. 80% of the taining time was spent doing nothing, literally just sitting there. The end result was poorly trained new employees. The worst part was when we hit the floor: at first there was some floor support, but this quicky disappeared and we where on our own. Totally lost trying to help clients whituout the skills and, or training necessary to do a good job.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
