Pros

Met some cool people who are now good friends. But you can find good people anywhere, and they dont tend to stay in these kind of companies for long.

At 32, I have travelled an worked in many of Satins lairs, but this company is setting new standard for what eternity in hell could be like. Please take my review seriously and do not work for this company unless you are extremely desperate for work and willing to sell your soul, deny yourself of any pride and spend your days stressed and unfairly treated. There are many other companies in Barcelona worth waiting for an opportunity with. Ask any agent currently at TP, only those that remain are those who have zero choice but to work there and are actively looking for another job. On the other side of the fencem you have those that are cosy with a manager, sharing pillows or too old and withered in life to find something else. I worked on the Disney project, and I have never encountered the level of incompetence and ill-treatment towards agents in any job I have been in. It is truly shocking. Hopefully Disney will come to their senses and not associate their brand with this company at some stage. Just read the reviews and research how many times the unions have taken them to the supreme court, talk to someone in TP if you can as some other projects may be okay and wel managed. But at the end of it all, they are constantly recruiting because people are constantly leaving at every level in every project. Unless your desperate to pay the rent and need a job to get you off your feet as no other oppportunies are coming your way, DO NOT WORK HERE. Wait it out and something else will come up!

Pros

The hiring process was quick and efficient. During onboarding for my initial position, the equipment arrived on time and setup was straightforward. As a seasonal Medicare Sales Agent working through a third-party vendor, I appreciated the opportunity to gain industry experience. While my role was limited due to the seasonal nature of the position, it strengthened my customer service, sales, and communication skills. It increased my interest in pursuing a long-term career in healthcare and insurance.

Cons

Transitioning to a new role within the company was extremely frustrating. After my seasonal assignment ended, I spent approximately five months attempting to move into another campaign. I accepted a position in December and attended multiple technical checks, but the equipment issues were never resolved. Rather than providing updated equipment, repeated attempts were made to use older equipment that was not functioning properly. Because I was still tied to the pending position, I was unable to apply for other opportunities within the company until the role was officially closed and the equipment returned. After several technical checks went unresolved, I ultimately decided to stop pursuing additional roles with the company.
