Pros
Great schedule, 3 1/2 days on, 3 1/2 days off. Loved it since I like to play golf a lot. It gave me an opportunity to play golf on late Wednesday afternoons, or on Thursdays or Fridays.
Cons
If you're stuck in one of the lower tier sections of customer service, you get mostly upset people yelling at you about their problems. Hopefully you get promoted to a better position if you show that you're good.
