Pros

You can get your salary on the certain date without any hesitation on lateness.

Cons

If you are Non-European, you should double-check the contract durations which could be even one month in renewals. In case of unemployment, re-hiring depends on your relationship with HR and managers, not your skills or the work you spent effort for. Contracts are mostly less than 6 months, which you will never be told during interviews. In most departments, management is in terribly rude attitudes towards the employees. The work permit is limited so you cannot get another job even if you have a residence permit. be careful before you leave your country to move here.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
