Pros

*Nice HQ with dedicated areas, coffee and lunch rooms *Headquarters in the center of the city and can be reachable by public transport *Multilingual hub

Cons

*Wage below the standard and the competitors *No fair treatment between the hard working personnel. *Heaving a little staff in numbers usually directs to doing a job that's not in your job description and not being paid for it. *Top management is often distanced by the staff problems and a great part of them are incompetent for their current role/status.

Calls are back to back and you have to meet all metrics.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
