Pros

Being able to work from home, pay, monthly bonuses

Cons

Where do I start? There is absolutely no work like balance. If you have kids you won’t have any time with them. Half the time our equipment wasnt even working or was over going maintenance during work hours!! Management is so horrible they put anyone in the position and I guarantee they are under 25 yrs old. After you have made it to a certain “level” there is no longer any opportunity for growth and you’re stuck in a position with false promises of job advancement . You get write ups for any and everything. I have seen tenured advisors with stellar stats lose their job or just quit because of the survey performance by people that give bad reviews on the company not specifically the advisor. When you go over the bad reviews all your supervisor can say is “ you could have been more empathetic ” . How can you be empathetic to someone that is verbally assualting over the phone because they forgot their own password and you’ve done everything you possibly could to support the customer ? This place is a joke seriously be prepared to be mentally exhausted. This place is a revolving door that does not care about you as a human being because they hire just about anyone. The Boise ID site always gets first dibs on the AHA management positions. Just see how many supervisors are from the Boise site or fam is from the Boise site.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
