Pros

There are no pros at this place there is no work-life balance in this place if Teleperformance tells you that you have to work you better work if you are late you will get a points they hold the points over your head and say oh you'll get fired but if you're cool with upper management then you don't have to worry about points because you'll keep your job and everybody who comes in for an interview leaves with the job. If you smoke weed don't worry about it just use Dr tichenor's mouthwash and you'll pass everybody at Teleperformance smokes weed including the management.

Cons

Teleperformance is a joke to say the least this place is ran like a prison. You are not allowed to have cell phones which is understandable because you're working in a banking environment however management will give you one piece of candy per day and if you're found with any other food you will be fired. You have to take the labels off all of your drinks even if it is in a clear bottle. You walk through a turnstile and you are wanded down by security depending on which account you're on. in this place favoritism runs rampid it's not about what you know but who you know if you want a promotion. you are paid as little as $10 per hour and as much as $12 per hour depending on which account you're on. If you have a problem the best thing to do is keep it to yourself because if you tell your upper management than the whole account will know your business within the matter of 3 to 5 business days this company is the most unprofessional billion dollar company that I have ever worked for

Pros

My group of supervisors and our manager work really well together. The upside of this company is the ability to work from home and the support you are given is better than most places I have worked.

Cons

this can only be said for my project as we do not always have a clear path of what the upper management is looking for us to do

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
