Pros
Nothing. The "great multiculture environment" they represent is actually a sexist and rude environment under 3rd word conditions
Cons
-FAKE REVIEWS: Those 5 star reviews here and on other sites are posted from the people working on their HR department and external recruiters working for them and try to trap people. The working environment is terrible , it is hell. Don't get scammed from those fake reviews! -Worst working environment I had ever: In my room the airconditioning was not working during first weeks of September, in Greece is very hot . The chairs are cheap and not comfortable to sit there for 8 hours a day or 10 using overtime . There were 80 people on that room and I couldn't even breath , the air was terrible. The desks are very close to each other and next to me was the supervisor table, I had so many people talking simultaneously and there were many cases where I couldn't hear the voice of the client on the phone and the client couldn't hear me with all this noise! The headset is super cheap (a little better than trash) and the volume is low, the computers were 8 years old and the system had technical issues all the time. No Parking space but only for supervisors and managers. -Work until death or quit to save your life: Imagine sitting in a room for 10 hours per day on the above conditions ( 8 hours + 2 forced overtime) talking to the clients with your voice loud so they can hear you (and not the noise of the room), with about 30 seconds break between calls and 10 minutes average duration for each call (Many calls were 45 minutes , 30 minutes etc). After the first week working there many people lost our voice. I was feeling my larynx ready to start bleeding. I was scared about my health. I asked the supervisor and told me that I 'm not allowed to work if I lost my voice and I have to go home. Many other people had the same issue and they were hiding it from the supervisors to don't lose their job. -Only two breaks per day, usually at the time your supervisor suggests! Not easy to go to the rest room there! -Fake promised for "grow your career" opportunities: The rules to "grow" inside the company is to stay there for 1 year and then you can apply for a supervisor or Quality Assurance positions. Those positions are not many and in the extremely rare case you can survive for 1 year (it is extremeley rare) the salary you get as a supervisor or QA is the same like you had in the past, adding only a very small bonus -Fake promises about bonuses: Instead of a bonus what you are excpected to get is to get fired because "you can't reach your KPI (Key Performance Indicator) goals" The KPIs are impossible to reach, because they are made incorrectly. They told us during the interviews and the training that we are gonna work to a call center where customers call us asking to buy products and we have to help them find the correct product according to their needs. The actual situation was that customers were mainly trying to call physical stores in UK and ask local information about the stores or about the products and they don't want to buy anything from the phone. And then you score a 0% on your sales and you get fired.
