Pros

Pay is good. Work from home.

Cons

You have horrible benefits. I worked for TP for 4 years and barely moved up the ladder while i saw people ive mentored moved up. All because i was in T2 & had such strict requirements i could never get a promotion. Schedule is poop. If you wish to have good work/life balance do not choose this job! Again i worked there for years but my schedule changed evey 3 months and forced to take night shift!! This job had so much potential but literally higher ups are running it to the ground because they cater to “business” vs actual care for their employers. To succeeed here you need to be there 100% of the time with 100% stats every week

We have a fantastic team of supervisors that have our back when needed. We have a great team of agents.

Cons

Some days calls can be back to back with no time to breathe

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
