Pros

8 hour shifts without mandatory overtime

Cons

Extremely unprofessional management, lacking any kind of motivational skills towards the ranks below(agents);poor decisions made by unqualified memebers of the management team leading to demotivating agents and lose their interest in doing a good job;the LAST criteria taken into consideration when it comes to promotions is experience and tenure; unfortunatelly valuable experienced agents end up leaving the company as a result of mistreatment, lack of respect and appreciation comming from newly promoted supervisors with only a few months of experience as agents. The healthy and positive environment they are trying to promote so agressively is actually a very stressful one for most of the agents and the worst thing is if you try to make a complaint about this “healthy environment” or these (made-up) internal rules to your direct superior you receive the traditional ”if you don’t like it you are free to go”. Clean desk policy indeed is exagerated. As an example, you are not alowed with any personal hygene stuff like tampons or tissues. In other words, prisoners have more rights than a Teleperformance Greece employee! Constant build-up of criteria for performance bonuses making it impossible to increase your monthly income which btw will never change...EVER! The salary consists in a basic salary(approx. 500€ the min for Greece) +employee benefits - so as to pay as less taxes as possible. Pray to God you don’t get sick and request a medical leave because you will be paid with a qarter of the amount you would get if you’d actually work.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
