Pros

The Blue Diamond Club is a good incentive for employee to strive to achieve. The perfect attendance is a great incentive as well by giving you a day off but it would be better if it maybe give you some hours for the pay period so you don't loose eight hours on your pay period.

Cons

Working the night shift you don't get anything. Day-shift receives everything. It would be nice to get a differential pay for us who work until 11:00 or 1:00. Better pay for WCS because we do just as much in banking such as deposit@mobile and home viewing statements , quickens and etc.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
