Some projects would go through whole training call then be told they were fired. Didnt even make it on the floor. Once your on the floor that's when you really learn everything the class room setting doesn't hell really for people that is more hands on. I worked for the DirecTV/At&t accounts good benefits when it was only DirecTV instead att. Supervisors that would have to coach their team wouldn't unless you had rumors to spread or if you buddies with them. They would pull people off the phones that weren't on their team just so they can talk for hours. Had managers leaving with with the employee having sex and doing drugs in the parking lot they should not be doing. Had employees fighting being bats trying to run people over in parking lots. Would go to hr they would have it on video and still wouldn't do anything. Your sup would get up set cause you went to someone else about them they started writing you to get you fired. The Columbia sc location has had bed bugs, lice, roaches. Mold gotten pink eye cause its dirty it isn't clean. When we had the flood couple years ago had no water throughout the whole building still wanted you to work and gave us candy and a water bottle to make up for it being unsanitary. Short breaks and lunches. The pay is good with bonus. Unless they forget to put it on your check or they forget to put your pay raised on it then have to wait months for them to fix it and back pay you have to fight with just for upper management to listen to you or for them to even do their jobs.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
