Pros

The people you work with. You'll make great friends as you complain about how bad this company treat you.

Cons

Well where do I start...First of all the low pay, you are given one job when you start which is either admin, customer service, reception etc. But if you want to up skill to something better don't expect a payrise. Your expected to do the added work for the same salary. Dont expect an ASR either I was told multiple times I would receive one but sadly all I got was the national minimum wage increase which was classed as an ASR. You'll be threatened with your job multiple times throughout your tenure here. I can't count how many times I was threatened with being "put out the door" in this job. This is a company who likes people living from pay cheque to pay cheque each month as they know people have no money to go elsewhere. So they prey on that. Lastly Management...Well what can I say about management, I had a truly awful manager, the worst person I have ever had the grace of meeting. All I can say is don't ever go to management with personal problems it'll be the worst thing you do as they use it to their advantage.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
