Pros

- easy to get the job - paid flight and training - Mostly nice co-workers and a nice/capable supervisor and team manager, joking around - They adjust well to your shift preferences and holiday requests - The bonus system is mostly fair and gives you the opportunity to earn extra money - The time at work flies by and you don't really realise that you are working at all - they pay your wages fully and on time, sometimes the manager throws in an extra 50 EUR-present for Easter or Christmas - sometimes they will give us food or order pizza, which is nice

Cons

- Useless HR department. They are condescending, indifferent, inefficient, lazy, unfriendly and discriminate against Non-Greek people - The toilets are always dirty, it is smelly and not very clean. - If you don't speak Greek, you will find it difficult or impossible to access the health system - Rivalries between team colleagues are ignored, there is covert bullying and exclusion - Toilet breaks are timed and count towards the total break you are entitled to - Contracts are always issued very late, to the point where you already worked for three weeks without one, like I said HR is not very capable - Very few days off - you are not allowed to bring anything to your workstation except for a drink. If they catch you bringing food or find a chewing gum wrapper or tissue, there will be consequences

We have a fantastic team of supervisors that have our back when needed. We have a great team of agents.

Cons

Some days calls can be back to back with no time to breathe

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
