Pros

-fun workplace -good training ground/stepping stone for any carrier path you may take up afterwards since since you'll learn how to be a teamplayer, resourceful, you'll learn a looot of diff cultures and you will learn how to manage your time well. -considerate to students and sick-they'll adjust your schedule accordingly

Cons

-lower salary than most BPOs -quick advancement leading to undertrained superiors -low compensation on supervisory level thats why most tenured employees stay as agent -quality of acquiring new agents lowered together with the transition from aegis peoplesupport to teleperformance

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
