Pros

Having fun with some of your co-workers during downtime.

If I could give this piece of crap job no stars I would. Everything about this darn company is bad. If anyone is ever considering trying out for this job BEWARE DON'T. Everyone from HR, managers, ACCM and supervisors even the janitors have their behind on their shoulders 24/7. They don't care about the employees only care about themselves. It is very rare that you will actually get a sup that actually care and still will have to watch your back because you can't depend on them either. This is the worst job I ever worked for and I will NEVER work here again and I DON'T or WILL recommend this piece of crap job to anyone.

We appreciate your honest review and we want to make sure our employees are treated well and are attended to. Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
