Pros

Co workers are amazing, most people are very friendly and diverse.

Cons

MANAGEMENT: are super unprofessional and they can never fix a problem they just refer you to other management back and forth, no one there will help you, you are on your own. There is a lot of favoritisms mostly to butt kissers. SUPERVISOR: Some supervisors are nice, but most of them won't help you to solve customer's issues as they don't know what to do. Some of them just want to be your boss and harass you for everything they can, super bipolar and some have narcissists personalities. Management doesn't allow you to bring any problems to them if you don't go to your useless supervisors first. BENEFITS: I worked there almost a year and I never received my benefits card, I know for a fact that other people were in the same situation, which is pretty strange. I asked every manager they always kept saying it got lost or some lame excuse. I had to social engineer my way with customer service from the insurance company to access my benefits after almost 9 months working there. HR IS USELESS: you have no access to HR whatsoever, they can never help you, always referred you to your supervisor, they are super rude and won't stop to talk to you, they are always on the side of the company. if you call in sick one day for a flue or fever, they ask you to bring a doctor's note the very next day or else they write you up. so you better get a doctor to see you that day you are very sick. PAYMENT: that is the most sad of all $12 an hour for experienced people and $11.25 for new hires. Job requires ridiculous amount of patience and emotional intelligence. loads of work that will leave you drained. SCHEDULE: You work weekends alwayS, and some schedules will make you feel like you have no life, and that you spend most of your time working. HORRIBLE SCHEDULES MOSTLY EVENINGS AND NIGHTS. NO GROWTH WHATSOEVER, DEAD END.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
