Pros
The training, trainers and fellow colleagues.
Cons
All the employees were miserable around me, everyone was constantly given 0% for quality leading to everyone feeling deflated and most people I started with have already left. The reasons people were getting zero for quality were ridiculous (e.g. not repeating the same information more than once to the customer, or not reading the script in order). I went to complain about this system to management on behalf of myself and everyone, to which the reaction the same day was another 3 zero's within an hour (usually it was one quality per week). When I made a big song and dance about it and discussed the reaction openly with other colleagues suddenly I received two 99's and one 100 the next day to shut me up. When I was badly sunburnt on my neck I was told I still had to wear my id around my neck or I'd be disciplined. I was off for a few days because of wisdom teeth problems and was constantly punished for it. I then took a further day off because of women problems, by which I was asked for a doctors letter, evidence of my prescription and a detailed summary of what happened to me - which is non of their business and the doctor wouldn't give me a letter as it was only two days. A colleague of mine was actually given a late because his computer was broken and wouldn't start on time - not to mention that fact that all the computer crashing and not working was a daily frequent occurrence and constantly limited customer service. Your toilet time is limited to 7mins per day and if you go over that you'll go on 'watch' which will lead to a disciplinary unless you bring a doctors letter to explain why you are constipated! My pay steadily decreased every month and management had very poor rapport with employees. The list could go on and on! All employees were made to feel like any day they could get fired for something ridiculously small, no one is respected and they tried to justify their terrible rules by constantly reminding you on how 'lucky' you are to have their job. In the end I quit, because I am worth so much more and won't bow down to that!
