Not apart from being home

Wow where to start! "Training" was PowerPoint's on teams. Literally thrown in the deep end after listening to 2 calls. No help from management. Asked for extra training (got told "you'll be fine!" Constantly getting mithered to get back to calls. Had to log on 20 mins unpaid before shifts to open up all programmes. Absolutely shocking. Resigned on payday. Kept getting told off zendesk to use KB. Not very helpful when i didnt know what i was looking for! Told to get out of meetings etc to go for break. (1hr 15mins afywr I started on a 9 hour shift is terrible!) (Student loans)

Pros

All the OT you want, whenever you want. I easily do 6-10/hrs a week (can do up to 20), which adds another 20k to my income. With an option to be paid EVERY day. Tons of opportunities if you’re on the right LOB.

Cons

It redefines “high call volume”. Expect back to back calls all day. They do schedule plenty of OFF phone time for regular meetings, coaching and training. If you enroll in one of their upskill programs, they give you 45min 2x a week to work toward the certification that you choose.
