Pros

Working from home and learning a new skill is kind of nice but considering they have the Apple project the skills aren't relevant to any other position or company

Cons

This job could be okay for entry level if the supervisors and management where not so incompetent and lacked proper leadership skills. With the exception of 2 team leads I have had all the others I have encountered are disingenuous jerks. They try to talk down to you as if you were a pet and when you have finally at your breaking point and get angry they try to act as if their rude remarks where taken out of context. There is no accountability for the many mistakes they make but they will continuously threaten to fire you or write you up even when your metrics are great just to keep you "motivated". I have worked before and worked in call center positions and have never had to deal with this much garbage from management, lack of communication, constantly failing work equipment and software. I don't know how working in one of their centers is but the work from home project managers are horrid. Its nowhere to plan a future and even the trainer when I 1st started told us that as he was resigning to work elsewhere. I wish I would have never stopped looking for a job because I'm not sure if it's just Teleperformance or their clients too but this is too much stress for such little pay and I'm college educated and can get better and treated with respect. The work at home project for this company should either be revamped or shut down.

Pros

My group of supervisors and our manager work really well together. The upside of this company is the ability to work from home and the support you are given is better than most places I have worked.

Cons

this can only be said for my project as we do not always have a clear path of what the upper management is looking for us to do

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
