Pros

Supportive Training Programs: Teleperformance provides thorough onboarding and training for new employees, especially for customer service roles. It’s a good place to start if you’re new to the BPO industry. Career Growth Opportunities: There are chances for internal promotions and skill development if you show dedication and good performance. Diverse Work Environment: You’ll work with people from various backgrounds, making the culture dynamic and inclusive. Job Stability: Teleperformance is a large global company with many long-term contracts, offering steady employment for many. Work-from-Home Options (Depending on the account): Some roles now offer remote or hybrid setups, providing flexibility.

Cons

High Workload and Pressure: Like most BPOs, the workload can be intense, especially in customer-facing roles with strict metrics and targets. Shift Schedules: Rotational or graveyard shifts can affect work-life balance, especially for those with families or personal commitments. Limited Pay Growth: While the starting salary is decent, annual increases and incentives can be modest unless you move up positions. Management Quality Varies: Experience largely depends on the team or account you’re assigned to—some supervisors are supportive, while others can be less communicative. Strict Attendance Policies: The company enforces punctuality and attendance rules tightly, leaving little room for flexibility.

Pros

TP is a wonderful place to work. I have recommended TP to several friends. It has great leadership and people to work with. Just a great environment to be in and around.

Cons

I have nothing bad to say about TP

Pros

The hiring process was quick and efficient. During onboarding for my initial position, the equipment arrived on time and setup was straightforward. As a seasonal Medicare Sales Agent working through a third-party vendor, I appreciated the opportunity to gain industry experience. While my role was limited due to the seasonal nature of the position, it strengthened my customer service, sales, and communication skills. It increased my interest in pursuing a long-term career in healthcare and insurance.

Cons

Transitioning to a new role within the company was extremely frustrating. After my seasonal assignment ended, I spent approximately five months attempting to move into another campaign. I accepted a position in December and attended multiple technical checks, but the equipment issues were never resolved. Rather than providing updated equipment, repeated attempts were made to use older equipment that was not functioning properly. Because I was still tied to the pending position, I was unable to apply for other opportunities within the company until the role was officially closed and the equipment returned. After several technical checks went unresolved, I ultimately decided to stop pursuing additional roles with the company.
