      Pros

      Wanted to be part of the team, since I heard great things working for Teleperformance. Working from home was a big reason why I wanted this job plus the experience.

      Cons

      Was denied getting hired due to my ISP being Verizon Fios! I have a fiber optic connection with 1 GB plan which means I was able to pass their work from home speed test requirements. My connection is stable since I have the ethernet cable connected to my computer yet was denied during the hiring process. Wasted so much time waiting in the hiring process just to be denied because they dont accept Verizon? If that was the case, they should have put that in the job description. I wouldn't have wasted my time applying!

      Pros

      All the OT you want, whenever you want. I easily do 6-10/hrs a week (can do up to 20), which adds another 20k to my income. With an option to be paid EVERY day. Tons of opportunities if you’re on the right LOB.

      Cons

      It redefines “high call volume”. Expect back to back calls all day. They do schedule plenty of OFF phone time for regular meetings, coaching and training. If you enroll in one of their upskill programs, they give you 45min 2x a week to work toward the certification that you choose.
