Tower is growing rapidly, which provides a lot of opportunity for personal growth and career development and the company is really good at setting objectives, giving feedback and providing training opportunities.

Tower is growing rapidly, and it requires a lot of flexibility from employees because the company is moving into a new direction quickly. This is something I really enjoy; it means there are always opportunities and challenges around the corner, but this kind of environment doesn't suit everybody.
