      Pros

      If you enjoy working hard and getting paid to learn new technology, as well as contribute to a team enviornment this is a great fit for you! And if you truly commit yourself, management, and your peers will take notice. Being a smaller company has its benefits, i find that if you work hard (and i do, beleive me) you get rewarded.

      Cons

      As with any job you need to set your own pace and give the company your all, if you do this everything will work in your favor, it has for me!!

      Pros

      Smart, Leading-edge, cream of the crop company. Fun place to work. Very entrepreneurial and lots of opportunity to make a difference. You feel part of a family.

      Cons

      Being small, if 1 or 2 people get negative, it can impact the group.

      Pros

      Lots of work to go around. I rather spend my day working hard instead of being bored and trying to find the next task to keep me busy. If you like working in a fast, dynamic environment, this might be a good fit for you.

      Can be difficult to instill operational changes
