And if you truly commit yourself, management, and your peers will take notice. Being a smaller company has its benefits, i find that if you work hard (and i do, beleive me) you get rewarded.

As with any job you need to set your own pace and give the company your all, if you do this everything will work in your favor, it has for me!!

Lots of work to go around. I rather spend my day working hard instead of being bored and trying to find the next task to keep me busy. If you like working in a fast, dynamic environment, this might be a good fit for you.
