Pros

Keep in mind that each team is different. I haven't heard anything negative; nonetheless, I can only speak to my personal experience on my development team. - Above average pay - Talented, professional, and friendly coworkers. If you don't know something, someone at Torc does. - Low stress environment. You are not watched like a hawk. If you are hired at Torc, it is understood that you are a professional and you are granted the trust that comes along with that label. - Regardless of your experience level, your skills will improve while working at Torc. This is a great place. I hope to work here for many years to come.

Cons

Torc is growing at an explosive rate. There may be growing pains at times.

Pros

Working at Torc has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. The technology we're building is genuinely world-changing — autonomous trucking has the potential to transform how goods move across the country, and being part of that mission makes the work feel meaningful every single day. The pace is fast, which keeps things engaging. There's always something new to tackle, and the environment pushes you to grow quickly. If you thrive on momentum and like seeing your contributions matter, you'll feel right at home here. One thing that stands out is the flexibility around work hours. It's clear that leadership trusts employees to get the job done without micromanaging when or how you do it. That kind of autonomy makes a real difference for work-life balance.

Cons

The fast pace isn't for everyone — be ready to hit the ground running
