Pros

Starting with the interview process, it was very straight forward and moved quickly. Which as of late, is greatly appreciated. I have had interview process(s) at other companies take months, Torc did it in 5 business days (and gave an offer the same day as the last interview). As far as what to expect, know your basic data structures and programming logic and you will do great! The whole process made you feel valued as an individual. So far working here as been great! The work is very rewarding and bleeding edge. The people here are also fun to be around and work with. Very flexible work schedule and great benefits!

Cons

There are none at this point in time.

Pros

Working at Torc has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. The technology we're building is genuinely world-changing — autonomous trucking has the potential to transform how goods move across the country, and being part of that mission makes the work feel meaningful every single day. The pace is fast, which keeps things engaging. There's always something new to tackle, and the environment pushes you to grow quickly. If you thrive on momentum and like seeing your contributions matter, you'll feel right at home here. One thing that stands out is the flexibility around work hours. It's clear that leadership trusts employees to get the job done without micromanaging when or how you do it. That kind of autonomy makes a real difference for work-life balance.

Cons

The fast pace isn't for everyone — be ready to hit the ground running
