      Pros

      Getting hired was easy just one round of interview and you get the offer letter

      Cons

      Everything else. There is no proper office space, no health insurance, no PF, no proper leave policy, no HR. Even getting paid as per your offer letter is difficult here. Management cuts salary left and right and there will be no proper explanation. You get screamed at all the time and NO HR to protect you against any sort of mistreatment
