      fun environment, gives back to community, unlike any other job

      Cons

      too much work for no money, it is a really dirty job, one of the last people to leave the building because of all the cleaning

      For the most part, great culture and there are opportunities to grow if you have the right leadership

      Cons

      Most leadership is incompetent, they definitely play favorites, benefits could be better, as a lower-level employee your word means nothing against leadership even if they are wrong.
