Others are placed in positions they're clearly not qualified for. Every business segment having its own chief of staff seems excessive and only adds to the confusion. - Internal politics and conflicts: Given that the pay is among the best in the industry, every incoming "SLT" seems keen on establishing their dominion and snatching top performers from other departments.
