      Loyalty - If you are one of the few long servcing staff

      Cons

      You will will used to introduce new systems and process, to introduce new Any knowledge and skills will be discarded purely to protect the 4 long term members of staff. Ask around, there are only 4 people there who have been employeed by Tomy more than 5 years. Within a month you will be asked to produce "Guidance Notes" in case of sickness, and...oops...redundancy looms once complete.
