The Technology and industry is very interesting

Was a great place to work at a few years ago, but has definitely regressed in procedure, ethics, salaries etc. Very little respect and/or trust of employees time, abilities, lives. Preaches a culture of Change, but that is only relevant for the underlings of upper management. Extremely profit centric with no view for wellbeing, salaries, ethics.
