Pros
Over the past few years Compac has definitely been on a journey of growth and improvement. It hasn't been without it's ups and downs, but overall has massively improved. We are a company full of incredibly intelligent people who are passionate about innovation, technology and sustainability, I'm proud to be a part of.
Cons
Consistent change, it's key to the continual improvement, but can be unsettling and challenging.
