      Pros

      Free/discounted clothing allowance. Made some great friends while working there.

      Cons

      The management really do not care about their subordinates. They are very quick to point the finger if a mistake is made. One of my colleagues was bullied for months by the senior staff because she accidently overcharged a customer (which was refunded straight away). There is a very high staff turnover especially in the London branches. Many of the staff are on 4 hour contracts, which isn't much better than the zero hour contracts.

      Pros

      A pleasant environment to work in. The store is a boutique environment and keeps pretty reasonable business hours. No late nights or super early mornings required! The brand story and ethos of the company are great, and continuously discussed. It's great to know for one on one interactions with customers. I had 2 weeks of training before I started to sell on my own, opening and closing tasks are pretty straightforward.

      Nothing to report, it's a really solid retail job and great place to work. Happy to have this experience as part of my work history.
