Overtime, full benefits, if you want to work like a slave these people will absolutely let you.
Cons
Everything else. This place is the worst. They do not care for the employees. You are a slave to the foreigners. They will work you like a slave. It doesn’t matter if you have family emergencies, if you are sick, doctor appointments, weddings, funerals, they will point you and use that against you. This place has THE WORST management I have ever experienced or seen in my life. All upper management is from the streets, most people there are felons. No education what so ever. That blows my mind. But I’m sure the Japanese don’t care as long as they are working you like a slave and you are making them money. If you are an American please do not work there ever. Majority of the people there are foreigners who don’t speak ANY English at all. If you speak English you will be lost there.
