Pros
Everyone grows on you like family, you can enjoy coming to work, pay is above average than most places without any schooling, everyone gets their chance, work with you when you need time off
Cons
This could be a pro as well… but TNT usually gives people multiple people who don’t deserve it. So the unhappy employees bring it upon themselves and sometimes bring the rest of the team down
