Medical, Dental, 401K. Great team to work with. Excellent pay. Very diverse.

Long hours are required and vacation time is hard to get, even with prior notice. Usually 6 day weeks and sometimes 7. Not really a con in my opinion, however, these are some of the obstacles I had to address while being a team lead at the company.

It's real hard to think of anything because any pro will probably be gone within the next year.
