      1. Flexibility in work hours 2. Easy to reach out to CEO/CTO 4. Work location & no dress code 5. Opportunities to work on all aspects of Hardware design, testing, procurement & production

      Cons

      1. Not properly managed & communicated deadlines. 2. Better communication and long term planning required from Management 3. Hectic & tight delivery deadlines, no OT, no cafeteria.
