- has become more institutionalized and less innovative - more time managing stakeholders than improving or creating new products - management is getting outdated and reverting to corporate style hiring more professional managers who dont know how to buildproducts - will not have a future under current culture and will be disrupted by competitors who are more agile and progressive - vision is too narrow and doesnt inspire confidence especially to tech professionals who are in touch with new developments - just a job opportunity if you re looking for that, but there is no indication it has the progressive vision of a true successful fintech giant
