Pros
My job is very dependent on the automotive industry. Family owned small business! Meaning they tend to care about the individual. I know from experience and from talking with other employees that this company will try to work with you if you have any issues.
Cons
Little room for growth as a career, only room to advance your experience which makes me consider this company some what of a stepping stone if you aren't one to 'settle down.'
