Pros

I can't think of any.

Cons

No recognition for hard work, nothing will ever be good enough. You are expected to work extra hours/ through your lunch which would be fine if you felt appreciated for doing this. The negative reviews on this site are all true. There is a culture of intimidation and bullying that starts at senior management and l often felt worried about the safety of my job. I have witnessed individuals be singled out and then worked out of the company for not being a "Think Money" person. Only now l have left do l realise how bad it actually was. The company often makes changes but lacks the foresight to see how this will impact the future.

I am not sure which part of the Group you worked in, but there are a number of reward and recognition schemes that run around the business. For example, Group-wide we have the Employee of the Month Scheme, in our debt advice business we have Customer Service Champions and in thinkmoney there are various “Star of the Month” awards. Many of these combine recognition, an award and a small gift (such as an Amazon or iTunes voucher). We also have a budget set aside so managers can arrange small rewards tailored to individuals who have “gone the extra mile”. We’d like to thank you for your service at Think Money Group and wish you all the best in your career.
