      Pros

      Forever work from home setup and good benefits offered to employees. I feel they care for me (employees). The support system is good.

      Cons

      I feel like I'd perform better if I was given a complete step by step training or guide. At the moment, I feel like I am walking in the dark with a help of candle. Afraid to take a next step as I might fall.

      None, can’t believe I worked here

      Cons

      All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
